The upper floor has a large, comfortable and light lounge-dining room with woodburner and glazed gallery, a kitchen with everything you need for your stay, and a bathroom. The old ‘llar' (cooker), used by many generations until the restoration of the house, has been conserved. The cottage is situated at an altitude of 700 m. in the highest part of the village of Ligüeria, which belongs to the parish of Sellón (county of Piloña). Approach from Infiesto (N-634) along a road parallel to the River Espinaredo until you get to Riofabar, and from here you follow a narrow country lane which leads up to the village. It is at 9 km. from Infiesto, about 28 km. from Arriondas, 34 from Cangas de Onís and Covadonga and about 39 km. from the beach of Ribadesella. Set in the mountains, its impressive views are really outstanding.
