It is a detached building located on a 250 hectare (617,75 acres) country estate (where you can hire horses), with an indigenous forest and the River Piloña (free fishing). There is also a leisure area for the sole use of our guests, with barbecue, tables, benches and a spring. There is also a fenced green area and wonderful views of the Picos de Europa.

 La Santa farmhouse has two floors and a large meadow outside the house. The ground floor consists of the sitting-dining room, one double room with its bathroom and the kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, as well as fridge, microwave, washing machine and TV. On the first floor there are three spacious rooms, all of them with wood beams, and a fully-equipped bathroom.

This house has four bedrooms. There is a double room with access facilities for the disabled on the ground floor with its bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms; two are twin-bedded (one has two 1.05 beds) and the other is double-bedded. All are very spacious and there is a fully-equipped bathroom.
