The house has recently been restored in stone and wood, in accordance with traditional Asturian architecture. It is situated in Fresnosa, famous for its ancient spa and medicinal waters. It has three bedrooms, kitchen-lounge with fireplace, one shared bathroom, large garden with roofed terrace and barbecue.

To arrive at Casa Fresnosa, both from Oviedo and from Santander, take the ‘Autopista del Cantábrico' (A-8). Take the N-634 towards Arriondas-Infiesto. From Santander, go through Sevares, from Oviedo go through Villamayor, and then take the AS-258 towards Borines. After Borines, in the Alto de La Llama, turn left towards Anayo-Pintueles. A little further on take the road towards Anayo, and from there take the road that leads to Fresnosa. Casa Fresnosa is the first of the village.
